We were originally established in 1953 as Orange Coast Adjusters (OCA), to investigate, settle and adjust claims and losses in California. However over the years many major insurance companies and self insured clients recognized OCA's abilities to also handle losses in the republic of Mexico. Therefore as president of the five southern California offices, Robert J. Webb launched a new division in the early 1980's, Coast Investigations to exclusively handle claims and stolen vehicle recoveries in Mexico. Though Robert and Orange Coast are no longer with us, the decades of collective and comprehensive knowledge and experience has been passed down to his son Mark R. Webb.
